Do you provide insurance?

Yes. Every shipment is fully insured through a third‑party insurer. Insurance is included in your quote.

Who pays import duties and taxes?

Import taxes, VAT, and customs duties in the destination country are the client’s responsibility.

Do you prepare customs paperwork?

Yes. We prepare all required USA export documents and destination‑country import documents, including two copies of commercial invoices.

Can you collect items from any auction house?

We collect from auction houses, galleries, and private sellers located in New York City and within a 50‑mile (80 km) radius of Manhattan.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship worldwide using UPS, USPS, or FedEx.

Can I provide my own shipping label?

No. We ship using our own carrier accounts because insurance is tied to our shipping process.

How do I pay?

After approving your quote, you receive a secure payment link.

When do you collect the item?

Collection begins once payment is completed and the auction house receives your release authorization.

Do you provide packing photos?

Yes. Packing photos or videos are available upon request.
